Create PerfectThis cozy and contemporary paneled bedroom is a great space to unwind. With a sliding hidden door to the ensuite, a large feature built-in wardrobe with lighting, and a ladder for tall access. It has hints of the industrial and the theme and colors are taken through into the ensuite.
Aspire DesignCreated a stylish elegant bedroom for a penthouse for two business professionals. Bedroom features a bespoke made to order headboard by our sister company Perfect Headboards. This modern twist on a deep buttoned classic headboard looks sophisticated and stylish. Walls painted in silver moonlight' from colourtrend. Room also includes made to order bespoke curtains with trim from Aspire Design. Furniture is Lynwood painted in Colourtrend Paint 'wolfhound'. Bed Linen with grey lace trim from Aspire Design. Ce projet concerne l’aménagement d’un petit studio situé dans un immeuble ancien
typiquement haussmannien du 15e arrondissement de Paris.
Malgré la superficie réduite (environ 17 m²), le logement bénéficiait d’une belle hauteur sous
plafond (plus de 3 mètres), ce qui a permis de créer un aménagement en hauteur et de
libérer l’espace au sol.
Le client — un propriétaire souhaitant louer le studio à des étudiants — avait deux objectifs :
Maximiser l’usage de l’espace avec un budget très limité ;
Valoriser le bien pour obtenir un loyer légèrement supérieur à la moyenne du quartier.
