Diane Stein Design for Sheffield FurnitureA true collaboration with the home owners this custom upholstered bed wall checks all the boxes. After many design revisions this custom bed is exactly what the home owner wanted. Modern, sophisticated and beautifully made. LED recessed lighting, lights up the pitched wall. Sleek side tables with hidden access for lamps are just the right compliment to the design. Simple custom made bedding keeps the clean lines intact. Communication with the clients was key to this successful project.!

ASF Interiors, LLCThis unused bedroom was turned into a teen's lounge. This lounge has everything a young girl could dream of. Multiple spaces to relax and unwind including a wicker swing, modern chair and a custom pullout couch. The beautiful pink pullout was designed by Fairfield. The gold pendant brings in the corner brings in a flair of boho but adds light to a dark area. The modern fan is not only functional but also looks like art. The modern painting pulls together all the colors in the room including the Surya area rug. When she is not just hanging out there is a fabulous space to do homework on the lattice desk with a metallic silver desk chair.
Pearl RemodelingWe upgraded this 380 sq. Koreatown condo with a modern style and features. To begin with, the kitchen has new semi-glossy beige/green flat panel cabinets. We installed premium quality Bosch appliances including an electric stovetop, range hood, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen has a beautiful stone countertop, deep stainless steel sink, matte black faucet, and bar countertop. The bedroom/living room space of the condo received a new fresh coat of paint, base modeling, a new rectangular Milgard window, and a new ductless A/C. The gorgeous bathroom received a major upgrade with a large LED mirror vanity, a floating wood vanity, stone countertop with a deep drop-in sink. For the bathroom, we installed a high-tech one-piece toilet, a new shower enclosure with 3/8 tempered glass, a dual shower head system with a waterfall head and handheld sprayer, a custom shower niche, and beautiful stone tiles. We installed 15 recessed lights, replaced the 100 AMP sub panel, new circuits, 20 outlets, and new exhaust vents.
