The client did a great job finding the right chairs and stools! The table and all the cabinets are built by True To Form Design with domestic cabinet grade hardwoods and premium hardware.

Silvia Camporeale Interior DesignerLa sala da pranzo è diventata finalmente un ambiente unico e originale. Le pareti sono state decorate interamente a mano dal mio restauratore con una base in marmorino effetto cemento ed una serra di fiori di ibiscus di colore blu, dietro mia indicazione e disegno. La nicchia sul fondo, anch'essa curvilinea, è stata tinteggiata con un effetto marmorino color carta da zucchero e arredata con un mobile posto in nicchia, con parti a giorno e anta in laccato grigio opaco a copertura della dock station, realizzato su misura dal mio falegname.
Il tavolo al centro della sala è un cimelio di famiglia a cui la proprietaria non ha voluto rinunciare. In questo caso si è reso necessario un restauro di alcune parti ormai logorate dal tempo, la costruzione di due prolunghe e la laccatura in grigio opaco. Per creare continuità con le tonalità già presenti all'interno dell'ambiente sono state scelte delle sedie in tessuto colore blu carta da zucchero.
La luce doveva rappresentare un elemento molto importante per dare luminosità a una stanza senza finestre, ma allo stesso tempo doveva enfatizzare l'unicità della stanza. Per ottenere questo risultato la scelta è ricaduta sulla sospensione Crown Major di Nemo Lighting in oro opaco e luci led.
silvia piccioni architettoDal corridoio tradizionale si accede al living - pranzo attraverso due porte in cui sono stati conservati gli infissi originali. I vetri stampati di recupero riportano il sapore del periodo di costruzione, mentre le modanature e gli zoccoli battiscopa alti rendono più elegante l'ambiente.
