Cherry wood species with stain color, Toffee, with a Chocolate Glaze. 27” base cabinets on back wall each have bottom roll trays in them for ease of use and storage. Square raised panel with roping border. Volga Blue granite topped the gorgeous cabinetry.
SCM Design GroupA grand entrance for a grand home! When you walk into this remodeled home you are greeted by two gorgeous chandeliers form Hinkley Lighting that lights up the newly open space! A custom-designed wine wall featuring wine racks from Stac and custom glass doors grace the dining area followed by a secluded dry bar to hold all of the glasses, liquor, and cold items. What a way to say welcome home!

Interior design, space planning and architectural details converge thoughtfully in this transformative project. A 15-year old, 9,000 sf. home with generic interior finishes and odd layout needed bold, modern, fun and highly functional transformation for a large bustling family. To redefine the soul of this home, texture and light were given primary consideration. Elegant contemporary finishes, a warm color palette and dramatic lighting defined modern style throughout. A cascading chandelier by Stone Lighting in the entry makes a strong entry statement. Walls were removed to allow the kitchen/great/dining room to become a vibrant social center. A minimalist design approach is the perfect backdrop for the diverse art collection. Yet, the home is still highly functional for the entire family. We added windows, fireplaces, water features, and extended the home out to an expansive patio and yard.
The cavernous beige basement became an entertaining mecca, with a glowing modern wine-room, full bar, media room, arcade, billiards room and professional gym.
Bathrooms were all designed with personality and craftsmanship, featuring unique tiles, floating wood vanities and striking lighting.
This project was a 50/50 collaboration between Rodwin Architecture and Kimball Modern

Canterbury Design Kitchen InteriorsDesigned for a bartending couple and their guests by Alison Griffin, this modern take on a pub-style bar packs a lot into its 11’ x 10’ footprint. The island seats eight guests at its upper tier, and for the bartender, its lower tier includes a sink, waste bin, beverage refrigerator, dishwasher and open shelves for stemware and barware. On the back wall, there are tall wine cubbies, display shelves, two tier LED liquor shelf, and wall mounted TV as well as a French door wine refrigerator, and closed storage for mixers, dishes and dry goods.
