As you walk up the stairs guided by antique Heart Cypress handrails you are presented with a stunning Pecky Cypress feature wall with a chevron pattern design.

Laura Lee HomeThis Great room is where the family spends a majority of their time. A large navy blue velvet sectional is extra deep for hanging out or watching movies. We layered floral pillows, color blocked pillows, and a vintage rug fragment turned decorative pillow on the sectional. The sunny yellow chairs flank the fireplace and an oversized custom gray leather cocktail ottoman does double duty as a coffee table and extra seating. The large wood tray warms up the cool color palette. A trio of openwork brass chandeliers are scaled for the large space. We created a vertical element in the room with stacked gray stone and installed a reclaimed timber as a mantel.
Amy Pearson DesignWhile the majority of APD designs are created to meet the specific and unique needs of the client, this whole home remodel was completed in partnership with Black Sheep Construction as a high end house flip. From space planning to cabinet design, finishes to fixtures, appliances to plumbing, cabinet finish to hardware, paint to stone, siding to roofing; Amy created a design plan within the contractor’s remodel budget focusing on the details that would be important to the future home owner. What was a single story house that had fallen out of repair became a stunning Pacific Northwest modern lodge nestled in the woods!
Boyce Design + BuildContemporary style four-season sunroom addition can be used year-round for hosting family gatherings, entertaining friends, or relaxing with a good book while enjoying the inviting views of the landscaped backyard and outdoor patio area. The gable roof sunroom addition features trapezoid windows, a white vaulted tongue and groove ceiling and a blue gray porcelain paver floor tile from Landmark’s Frontier20 collection. A luxurious ventless fireplace, finished in a white split limestone veneer surround with a brown stained custom cedar floating mantle, functions as the focal point and blends in beautifully with the neutral color palette of the custom-built sunroom and chic designer furnishings. All the windows are custom fit with remote controlled smart window shades for energy efficiency and functionality.
Impeccable by Meredith ParkThe transformation of this living room began with wallpaper and ended with new custom furniture. We added a media builtin cabinet with loads of storage and designed it to look like a beautiful piece of furniture. Custom swivel chairs each got a leather ottoman and a cozy loveseat and sofa with coffee table and stunning end tables rounded off the seating area. The writing desk in the space added a work zone. Final touches included custom drapery, lighting and artwork.
