ODS ArchitectureNew game room is a sophisticated man cave with Caldera split face stone wall, high Fleetwood windows, Italian pool table and Heppner Hardwoods engineered white oak floor.
The existing fireplace was re-purposed with new distressed steel surround salvaged from old rusted piers.

Refined Renovations & Refined HomeMary Prince Photography // This fully renovated 110 year home is located in downtown Andover. This home was formerly a dorm for Phillips Academy, and unfortunately had been completely stripped of all of its interior molding and details as it was converted to house more students over the years. We took this home down to the exterior masonry block shell, and rebuilt a new home within the existing structure. After rebuilding the original footprint of most of the rooms, we then added all the traditional elements one would have hoped to find inside this magnificent home.

A.M. Home DécorationLa pièce à vivre manquait de charme. Mes clients avaient du mal à se l'approprier. La couleur dominante de beige et de marron n'apportait pas de chaleur.
De nouvelles couleurs amènent l'effet de cocooning souhaité ainsi qu'un papier peint de Rebell Walls pour le décor.
Les appliques Design'heure sont posées ainsi qu'un nouveau point lumineux pour accueillir la suspension Petite Friture dans le salon. En harmonie, l'entrée et la cuisine sont repeintes.
En complément du mobilier actuel, une bibliothèque et un meuble TV ont été créés sur mesure.
Pour garder une transparence sur le panoramique du jardin et apporter une intimité chaleureuse, le choix des rideaux s'est posé sur des stores bateaux en voilage.
Des coussins et autres textiles finissent la décoration de cette pièce.
Tommaso Giunchi ArchitettiLa sala da pranzo, tra la cucina e il salotto è anche il primo ambiente che si vede entrando in casa. Un grande tavolo con piano in vetro che riflette la luce e il paesaggio esterno con lampada a sospensione di Vibia.
Un mobile libreria separa fisicamente come un filtro con la zona salotto dove c'è un grande divano ad L e un sistema di proiezione video e audio.
I colori come nel resto della casa giocano con i toni del grigio e elemento naturale del legno,
