A selection of local materials of varying scales for the exterior and interior finishes, complements the surrounding environment and boast a welcoming setting for all to enjoy. A perfect combination of skirl siding and hand dipped shingles unites the exterior palette and allows for the interior finishes of aged pine paneling and douglas fir trim to define the space.
This residence, houses a main-level master suite, a guest suite, and two upper-level bedrooms. An open-concept scheme creates a kitchen, dining room, living room and screened porch perfect for large family gatherings at the lake. Mon Concept HabitationNos clients souhaitaient revoir l’aménagement de l’étage de leur maison en plein cœur de Lille. Les volumes étaient mal distribués et il y avait peu de rangement.
Le premier défi était d’intégrer l’espace dressing dans la chambre sans perdre trop d’espace. Une tête de lit avec verrière intégrée a donc été installée, ce qui permet de délimiter les différents espaces. La peinture Tuscan Red de Little Green apporte le dynamisme qu’il manquait à cette chambre d’époque.
Ensuite, le bureau a été réduit pour agrandir la salle de bain maintenant assez grande pour toute la famille. Baignoire îlot, douche et double vasque, on a vu les choses en grand. Les accents noir mat et de bois apportent à la fois une touche chaleureuse et ultra tendance. Nous avons choisi des matériaux de qualité pour un rendu impeccable.

Pu'uwai Design & ConstructionThis outdoor bathtub is the perfect tropical escape. The large natural stone tub is nestled into the tropical landscaping at the back of the his and her's outdoor showers, and carefully tucked between the two rock walls dividing the showers from the main back yard. Loose flowers float in the tub and a simple teak stool holds a fresh white towel. The black pebble pathway lined with puka pavers leads back to the showers and Master bathroom beyond.
Simple StepsThis modern bathroom has a marble look tile called Levigata Opaca which is matte and comes in different sizes. Great for any room for indoor and outdoor use.
