Contemporary StovesModern woodburners are highly efficient whether traditional or contemporary in style designed to burn wood derived fuel. You will need the appliance, low moisture content logs, air for combustion and a flue. Seasoned wood burns far hotter and much cleaner than unseasoned wood. Most modern woodburners will have 2 or 3 air controls, primary, secondary, tertiary, some have supplementary air.
Woodburners are designed to burn on a bed of ash. A special characteristic of ash is its heat conservation property, the ash layer at the bottom of the stove forms a heating surface, transferring heat to the final burnout of the char. For woodburners using a grate, the ash content is important in order to protect the grate against heat from the flames. Some have air wash and clean burn.

The furnishings are all soft with bold colours to provide warmth and vibrancy to the space whilst a log burning stove set within a stunning painted timber surround complete the space.

This made to measure storage perfectly fits alcoves that ware not perfectly even.
Inside both cabinets we added extra shelves and cut outs for sockets and speaker wires.
Alcove units were spray in lacquer to match F&B colours in lovely matt satin finish.
As a final touch: beautiful brass handles made by small business owner and chosen from our "supporting small businesses" supplier list.

Buzz Interior DesignThe core elements of the room were to remain, i.e. fireplace, carpets. Client was looking to move away from her previous colour scheme and really loved the dark greens. The doors lead out onto a garden at the start of a river so bringing organic elements into the room worked well. Clients existing eyelet curtains were altered to modern wave curtains with a metropole fitted in bronze. The wallpaper colour tones were warm and Next Velvet chairs added accent seating to the room and worked with a neutral sofa.
