Level StudioOur Winnett Residence Project had a long, narrow and open concept living space that our client’s wanted to function both as a living room and permanent work space.
Inspired by a lighthouse from needlework our client crafted, we decided to go with a low peninsula gas fireplace that functions as a beautiful room divider, acts as an island when entertaining and is transparent on 3 sides to allow light to filter in the space.
A large sectional and coffee table opposite custom millwork increases seating and storage allowing this space to be used for the family and when guests visit. Paired with a collection of Canadiana prints all featuring water play off the white and blue colour scheme with touches of plants everywhere.
Highland Builders LLCA light and airy main living room that is surrounded by beautiful white oak! The white brick and shiplap fireplace is the focal point of the space. White oak beams highlight the ceiling. An open concept space that still feels cozy.

This garage converted to living space incorporates a homeoffice, Guest bed, small gym with resistance band compatible Mirror, entertainment system, Fireplace, AND storage galore. Jamie House DesignIn planning the design we used many existing home features in different ways throughout the home. Shiplap, while currently trendy, was a part of the original home so we saved portions of it to reuse in the new section to marry the old and new.
This is the upstairs TV room/ stair loft. The house's original shiplap was saved to wall the stairwell. We wrapped that same shiplap around as the wet bar backsplash and small ledge.
