Hammond DesignThe music room is the first space you encounter upon entering the house. We used a bold turquoise on the walls to play off the color in the rug the clients purchased while on vacation in Turkey. A dramatic crystal chandelier adds a touch of sparkle and glamour.

Twilly and FigThis transitional living room and dining room space was designed to be used by an active family. We used furniture that would create a casual sophisticated space for reading, listening to music and playing games together as a family.
Terri Weinstein Design, IncThis handsome living room space is rich with color and wood. The fireplace is detailed in blue suede and zinc that is carried around the room in trim. The same blue suede wraps the doors to one part of the cabinetry across the room, concealing the bar. Two small coffee tables of varied height and length share the same materials: wood and steel. Lush fabrics for upholstery and pillows were chosen. The oversized rug is woven of wool and silk with custom design hardly visible.

Aurora Architects + BuildersThis elegant living room with custom fireplace surround and wainscoting offers an enclosed, cozy spot to play piano or enjoy a fire, yet it is still connected to the open dining room and adjacent family room and kitchen.

Brokenpress Custom Furniture Design+FabricationThis oversized version of the Standard Audio Credenza is in cherry veneer. The client required two rows of vinyl record storage, to hold over 500 LP's.

AJ Margulis InteriorsWe turned one open space into two distinct spaces. The home owner opted to have the pianist face away from the room in order to allow for more seating. Nara Callanan InteriorsA unique seating area by the piano. A custom made traditional bench by Hickory Chair upholstered in silk and trimmed in blue brought to life with a modern pattern on a Stark Carpet custom area rug.

Studio PercaleWidened opening into traditional middle room of a Victorian home, bespoke stained glass doors were made by local artisans, installed new fire surround, hearth & wood burner. Bespoke bookcases and mini bar were created to bring function to the once unused space. The taller wall cabinets feature bespoke brass mesh inlay which house the owners high specification stereo equipment with extensive music collection stored below. New solid oak parquet flooring. Installed new traditional cornice and ceiling rose to finish the room.
The room is awaiting a second armchair and side tables.
