Di grande effetto la molletta di Riva 1920 in legno di cedro che oltre ad essere un supporto per la TV profuma naturalmente l'ambiente. Carta da parati di Inkiostro Bianco.

North and south exposures in this 3000 square foot loft in Tribeca allowed us to line the south facing wall with two guest bedrooms and a 900 sf master suite. The trapezoid shaped plan creates an exaggerated perspective as one looks through the main living space space to the kitchen. The ceilings and columns are stripped to bring the industrial space back to its most elemental state. The blackened steel canopy and blackened steel doors were designed to complement the raw wood and wrought iron columns of the stripped space. Salvaged materials such as reclaimed barn wood for the counters and reclaimed marble slabs in the master bathroom were used to enhance the industrial feel of the space.
Josh Wynne ConstructionSeaThru is a new, waterfront, modern home. SeaThru was inspired by the mid-century modern homes from our area, known as the Sarasota School of Architecture.
This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.

Annette Jaffe InteriorsThis 4,500 sq ft basement in Long Island is high on luxe, style, and fun. It has a full gym, golf simulator, arcade room, home theater, bar, full bath, storage, and an entry mud area. The palette is tight with a wood tile pattern to define areas and keep the space integrated. We used an open floor plan but still kept each space defined. The golf simulator ceiling is deep blue to simulate the night sky. It works with the room/doors that are integrated into the paneling — on shiplap and blue. We also added lights on the shuffleboard and integrated inset gym mirrors into the shiplap. We integrated ductwork and HVAC into the columns and ceiling, a brass foot rail at the bar, and pop-up chargers and a USB in the theater and the bar. The center arm of the theater seats can be raised for cuddling. LED lights have been added to the stone at the threshold of the arcade, and the games in the arcade are turned on with a light switch.

Auf den vielen Reisen nehmen die beiden oft Etwas für ihre Wohnung mit: Der Teppich aus Marrakesch oder Kissen aus Istanbul.
Darüber hängt Julianes Lieblingsfotografie in der Wohnung, gekauft bei Lumas.
Für das Sofa wurde lange gesucht, jetzt sind aber beide mit dem Stück von BoConcept sehr glücklich.
Während Juliane sich vorwiegend mit Büchern über Design beschäftigt, ist es bei Gökhan die Fotokunst.

So this room was streamlined with a new sectional with a built in hide-a-bed, two rolling ottomans that open up for storage, and some large comfy pillows for extra seating. The media cabinet is a wall-mounted L-shaped unit that holds all the essentials, and creates the perfect space for a wall-mounted plasma tv. A strong paprika accent wall puts the focus on the media. Pasquale Design Associates, Inc.A glamorous living room in a regency inspired style with art deco influences. The silver-leafed barrel chairs were upholstered in a Romo cut velvet on the outside and midnight blue velvet on the front seat back and cushion. The acrylic and glass cocktail table with brass accents keeps the room feeling airy and modern. The mirrored center stair table by Bungalow 5 is just the right sparkle and glamour of Hollywood glamour. The room is anchored by the dramatic wallpaper's large scale geometric pattern of graphite gray and soft gold accents. The custom drapery is tailored and classic with it's contrasting tape and silver and acrylic hardware to tie in the colors and material accents of the room.
