This luxurious living room is well equipped for a fantastic conversation or a great show on TV. Natural elements are paired with silver and gold to add visual value. The room is just layers of yummy textures! The oversized rug is made from broadloom carpet that we had cut and bound at exactly the size we wanted.

The family room is the primary living space in the home, with beautifully detailed fireplace and built-in shelving surround, as well as a complete window wall to the lush back yard. The stained glass windows and panels were designed and made by the homeowner.
KK Design Concepts
In this San Juan Capistrano home the focal wall of the family room has a relaxed and eclectic feel achieved by the combination of smooth lacquered cabinets with textural elements like a reclaimed wood mantel, grasscloth wall paper, and dimensional porcelain tile surrounding the fireplace. The accessories used to decorate the shelves are mostly from the homeowners own stock thus making it more personal.

West Rose Design
From disco days to modern day, this 1970’s home gets a contemporary facelift.
A contemporary and welcoming kitchen opens into a great room offering plenty of work zones (coffee bar, beverage bar, window seating & storage). Designed with pieces to withstand two growing boys as well as highlight personal heirlooms passed down for centuries. A neutral palette layered with nubby fabrics and textures.
Other highlights include a new bathroom/ laundry room. And a workhorse hallway housing a desk area for future school studies and a hidden guest room.
Dual Concept Design
A close up of round coffee table styling includes brass accents, fresh flowers, books with navy string of beads and our favorite - a brass kiwi bird.
AR DESIGN
Contemporary living room design in Ville St. Laurent Montreal. This was a project for a family of 5, including 3 small children. We went with blue velvet accents in the armchair and bench, as well as rounded edges for the coffee table in marbled ceramic and black glass. We added black accents in the cushions and on the furniture to tie each piece together and to create a crisp contemporary feel. The overall palette was neutral, and we added pops of blue for a fun, yet sophisticated look.

A lounge area oozing period style and charm. The tired woodchip wallpaper and jaded brilliant white paint has been replaced with palette of Dulux Heritage paints in warm earth tones. Sensitive paint treatments to the wooden fire surround allows it to take centre stage.
