ナガイホーム（永井建設株式会社）リビングの畳コーナーは子供たちがチョコンと座れる高さとして、そこにおもちゃ収納をつくりました。畳で横になって休んでいると地窓から涼しい風が頬をかすめていきます。気持ちの良い時間を過ごせますね。
北野彰作建築研究所生成りの彩色和紙張りの和室ですが正面の一面の壁だけ漆和紙を貼ってコントラストを成しています。床の間のように飾り棚も設けています。飾り棚は漆のようなポリウレタン樹脂塗装、鏡面のブラックはピアノ塗装に似て高級感を醸し出し背面小口に組み入れた小型LEDのより漆和紙を美しく演出しています。

アルフレッシュ和室は畳・建具を取り替えて壁紙を貼り替え、どこか懐かしい和風旅館のような一室になりました。
南側の掃き出し窓から、ウッドデッキに出られます。息子さんとのんびり日向ぼっこするのも良いですね。
