Pinnacle Design & RemodelingWhen our long-time VIP clients let us know they were ready to finish the basement that was a part of our original addition we were jazzed, and for a few reasons.
One, they have complete trust in us and never shy away from any of our crazy ideas, and two they wanted the space to feel like local restaurant Brick & Bourbon with moody vibes, lots of wooden accents, and statement lighting.
They had a couple more requests, which we implemented such as a movie theater room with theater seating, completely tiled guest bathroom that could be "hosed down if necessary," ceiling features, drink rails, unexpected storage door, and wet bar that really is more of a kitchenette.
So, not a small list to tackle.
Alongside Tschida Construction we made all these things happen.

The Decorating TherapistThe stone walls needed rich textures of chenille and leather to create balance. The scale for the furniture was critical for this space, to be able to fit through the narrow doors and accommodate the long-legged owner. Merzbau Design CollectiveThe main house's kitchen is open to the dining and living area; the entire space opens toward the pool through a multi-sliding door.
GAVIN GREEN HOME DESIGN LLCThis open floor plan loft style penthouse has it all! Ceiling accent lights illuminate owner's art collection on the arcade white satin finish wall to achieve harmony of floor to wall color combination. Even the space is designed in neutral colors, the use of concrete and soapstone make the loft interesting. Scandinavian furniture completes the loft's mid-century modern look.
Sergio Álvarez Studio En tonos claros que generan una atmósfera de calidez y serenidad, planteamos este proyecto con el fin de lograr espacios reposados y tranquilos. En él cobran gran importancia los elementos naturales plasmados a través de una paleta de materiales en tonos tierra. Todo esto acompañado de una iluminación indirecta, integrada no solo de la manera convencional, sino incorporada en elementos del espacio que se convierten en componentes distintivos de este.
Tracy A. Stone ArchitectThe large living/dining room opens to the pool and outdoor entertainment area through a large set of sliding pocket doors. The walnut wall leads from the entry into the main space of the house and conceals the laundry room and garage door. A built-in bar faces the backyard and adds to the entertainment potential for the house.
