A Japanese style bar anchors the middle of the room, while adjacent semi-private spaces have exclusive views of Lido Park. Complete privacy is provided via two VIP rooms accessible only by the owner.

Four Elements ConstructionOur clients originally built this home many years ago on an acreage and raised their family in it. Its a beautiful property. They were looking to preserve some of the elements they loved but update the look and feel of the home blending traditional with modern, while adding some new up-to-date features. The entire main and second floors were re-modeled. Custom master bedroom cabinetry, wood-look vinyl plank flooring, a new chef's kitchen, three updated bathrooms, and vaulted cedar ceiling are only some of the beautiful features.

JRP Design & RemodelWith the ultimate flow and functionality of indoor and outdoor entertaining in mind, this dated Mediterranean in Oak Park is transformed into a soiree home. It now features black roofing, black-framed windows, and custom white oak garage doors with a chevron pattern. The newly created pop-out window space creates visual interest, more emphasis, and a welcome focal point.

Patti Dixon DesignSelecting this fabulous Tufenkian colorful rug was just the start of this design. Adding two smaller intimate seating areas at fireplace that could combine with one larger for larger gatherings. Glazing the wood beams dark provided a contemporary take on rustic.
