Leah Fitzpatrick of House + SoulThough silver, blue, black and white make up the main color palette, small touches of color, from the pop art books to the Ikat ottomans and the self-portrait silk screen prints, help add some personality. Also, by not adding a mantel between the recessed fireplace and the TV, the space was kept more streamlined and modern.
Jenni Leasia Interior DesignThis 1990's family home received a complete kitchen, and family room remodel. We designed a custom kitchen, furnished the main living areas, and updated finishes throughout, including designing a new fireplace, replacing all of the floors, paint, wallpaper, and lighting.

Sean Symington DesignAn existing client of mine approached me to design a small lake house cottage in Port Perry, Canada. The idea was to work with as much existing furniture as possible, while still creating a fresh concept for the space. The home itself was renovated and needed a nod to its turn of the century heritage. We wanted something layered and cosy, while still maintaining a traditional and cottage feel, honouring the interior architecture. The natural linens, pale blue kitchen and brass accents create a warm and inviting weekend retreat in the country.
Just the ThingWe rescued this sofa from the client's old home, since it fit perfectly into this window alcove in the family room. Some of the many pillow covers she has purchased on her visits to MOMA over the years are on display.
