Three meter by three checked sofa, bespoke coffee table and vintage chairs.
The floor is a power floated concrete floor with exposed brick on the gable end wall. There is a feature wall/ceiling void of corrugated iron.
The electric's are all exposed galvanised steel.
The sofa needed to be family friendly and be resistant to the red soil that is common in the Stokeinteignhead area of Devon.
Just the ThingIn the family room, the clients had already installed new built-in cabinetry, refaced the fireplace, purchased the major furnishings, and painted the walls an earthy red. To the existing seating, we added a second comfortable armchair in front of the fireplace to create a more convivial conversation grouping. We re-purposed their vintage sideboard as a console behind the sectional, where it conveniently stores dishes and barbecue tools for alfresco dining on the adjoining patio. Fabrics in a mix of patterns on the toss pillows and drapery are the finishing touch.
Gail Green InteriorsAll the public rooms share a similar look: flying beams, light troughs, soffits, columns, built in cabinetry, and the color salmon.
Cabinet SpaceThis Texas inspired den was built to the owner's specifications, boating a custom built-in entertainment center and a custom travertine fireplace with a tile hearth and hardwood mantle, all sitting on wood plank porcelain tile.
ACM Home Staging And RedesignThis room has been put together in various stages. Furniture its all, but wall painting, art, cushions, wood floors and rug were added in phases.
