Just BasementsThe use of bulkhead details throughout the space allows for further division between the office, music, tv and games areas. The wall niches, lighting, paint and wallpaper, were all choices made to draw the eye around the space while still visually linking the separated areas together.

Studio Ypsilon LtdA full renovation and modernisation of this one Bedroom, grade II listed apartment on the first floor of a Georgian terrace building in Marylebone.
We oversaw and managed the whole renovation from securing approval from English Heritage and Council to managing the license to alter for this extensive refurbishment. The apartment was reconfigured from a large Studio to a one Bedroom and was modernised throughout as an investment property for the rental market.
We maximised storage through extensive joinery designed taking in to consideration the high ceilings of the property, achieving a sense of comfort, spaciousness and luxury. The bathroom with large walk-in wet room and the floor to ceiling sash windows are the main features of the property.
Wilkinson Brochier Interior DesignA custom linen blend sofa was designed by Wilkinson Brochier to wrap around the room for comfortable reading and movie viewing.
Walls were papered and the black, gold and ecru color scheme was spiked with ethnic print cushions and orange ball pillows. The mirrored tables were also custom designed.
Kathy Kuo Designs IncIn order to create a symmetrical visual effect our designers used wall accents, like well-placed sconces and wallpaper set into custom picture frame molding, on both sides in order to make the space appear symmetrical and equal despite the size differences. This balancing effect, paired with the octagonal grey-and-white bone and resin inlay coffee table, capiz shell cabinet, and customized white velvet sofa, made the space feel fit for a movie star from the golden age of Hollywood!
NEVA Architecture Intérieure - Interior DesignOn arrive dans le salon par la partie la plus basse, qui est celle qui accueille la mezzanine.
L'espace est assez large pour laisser l'échelle de manière fixe, et non amovible. La vue est sympathique en arrivant, et surtout accueillante avec le salon.
