A gorgeous and glamorous 687 sf Loft Apartment in the Heart of Downtown Los Angeles, CA. Small Spaces...BIG IMPACT is the theme this year: A wide open space and infinite possibilities. Design Studio WestTwo proportioned book shelves flank either side of this updated fireplace. Their graceful arches echo the relief patterns on the tile façade. This simple but elegant update has provided cabinetry for concealed storage and open shelving where the owner proudly displays their favorite novels, travel mementos, and family heirlooms, adding a touch of personal narrative to the space.
Bender Homes LLCMorse Lake basement renovation. Our clients made some great design choices, this basement is amazing! Great entertaining space, a wet bar, and pool room.
ZFE RenovationsThis living room has so many eye catching elements, from the linear fireplace with the stacked stone surround and wood slat accent to the lighted floating shelves to the wood ceiling.
Pinnacle Design & RemodelingOnly a few minutes from the project to the Right (Another Minnetonka Finished Basement) this space was just as cluttered, dark, and underutilized.
Done in tandem with Landmark Remodeling, this space had a specific aesthetic: to be warm, with stained cabinetry, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar.
They also have a musically inclined son who needed a place for his drums and piano. We had ample space to accommodate everything they wanted.
We decided to move the existing laundry to another location, which allowed for a true bar space and two-fold, a dedicated laundry room with folding counter and utility closets.
The existing bathroom was one of the scariest we've seen, but we knew we could save it.
Overall the space was a huge transformation!

G.B. Construction and Development, Inc.The original room was just a screen room with a low flat ceiling constructed over decking. There was a door off to the side with a cumbersome staircase, another door leading to the rear yard and a slider leading into the house. Since the room was all screens it could not really be utilized all four seasons. Another issue, bugs would come in through the decking, the screens and the space under the two screen doors. To create a space that can be utilized all year round we rebuilt the walls, raised the ceiling, added insulation, installed a combination of picture and casement windows and a 12' slider along the deck wall. For the underneath we installed insulation and a new wood look vinyl floor. The space can now be comfortably utilized most of the year.
