Apis FloraeEn plein cœur de Paris, sur le toit d’un immeuble art déco où régnaient béton et gravier, nous avons conçu et réalisé 3 jardins suspendus pour trois moments de journée.
Le jardin de la fraîcheur matinale qui accueille les premiers rayons du soleil et où s’épanouissent des brassées d’hortensias blancs, à feuilles de chêne tels que ‘Snow Flake' et ‘little honey’, mais aussi des hortensias blancs de Virginie ‘White Dome' et une glycine blanche de chine.
Par quelques marches, on accède à la terrasse du jardin de la splendeur du jour, où Abeillus a conçu une pergola en Châtaignier venant abriter une longue table pour les repas ou pour travailler au calme et en pleine nature.
Un peu plus loin, une fontaine apporte de la fraîcheur et borde le potager où Abeillus a planté des Tomate 'Noire de Crimée' (Solanum lycopersicum 'Noire de Crimée'), des framboisiers Framboisier 'Heritage' (Rubus idaeus 'Heritage’) et des Laitue 'Red Salad Bowl' (Lactuca sativa 'Red Salad Bowl'). Les rosier grimpant 'Neige d'Avril' (Rosa grimpant 'Neige d'Avril') nous enivrent de leurs merveilleux parfums.
Et enfin, le jardin contemplatif offre une vue plongeante sur le bois de Boulogne
Manoj Malde Garden DesignThis roof space in Hampstead was an empty and needed to be made structurally safe for load bearing. The bespoke planters were designed at various sizes to create rhythm in the garden making the eye move around the space. Mature Olive trees and large Pittosporums are used to provide structure in the garden. Lavenders, Jasmin, Salvia, Roses and Perovskia have been planted to give wafts of scent. Erigeron has been planted for it's longevity in flowering whilst grasses have been used to create movement within the scheme. The space is zoned into three areas cooking, dining and lounging.
Basketliving Outdoor d'eccellenzaUn terrazzo all'insegna di una ventata di contemporaneità nonostante l'architettura tradizionale. Fioriere Bloss in acciaio inox nere, lampade applicate nere e ombrellone diametro cm 320, sempre nero, a braccio e orientabile. All'interno delle fioriere materassino isolante interno. Piante molto rustiche, ma decisamente non tradizionali.
Rooftopia, LLCThis residential roof deck was lots of fun to design and build. Amenities for any rooftop patio can have a wide range of options and Rooftopia enjoys personalizing all of our features for each of our clients based on the project goals, the existing architecture and the best layout to optimize the space. This spacious third story deck incorporates many customized outdoor features. Rooftopia designed and fabricated a large steel pergola with custom plasma-cut metal screens to cover the dining area, protecting it from the harsh sun. The custom outdoor kitchen with concrete counters, includes finished cabinets for lots of storage, stainless cabinet doors and appliances, with a separate beverage center to house an outdoor refrigerator and ice maker, for all your party needs!
Rooftopia designed and installed a Renson louvered pergola over the seating and lounge area of the deck to add a solid waterproof cover with an outdoor fan. The louvered pergola has more flexibility to open and allow light over the roof or remain closed for full shade and rain protection. We integrated automated retractable fabric screens into both pergola systems to enclose the space and provide shade against the western sun. The beautiful shadows and ambient light in this gorgeous rooftop outdoor space make this perfectly warm and glowy in the afternoon.
Rooftopia installed ornamental metal screens for privacy, shade and as screening to hide utilities. Modern and durable fiberglass planter boxes are filled with a mix of native perennials and annual flowers, edible plants (strawberries, tomatoes & herbs) to bring the beauty of nature into this urban getaway. The planters are installed with an automated watering system for low maintenance care. We added outdoor patio lights, and low voltage LED fixtures to illuminate the beautiful evening details.

Se logró dar vida propia a este espacio. Combinando elementos naturales como aire, agua y tierra. Se realizó el mobiliario con palets para ajustarnos al presupuesto del cliente.
