株式会社LADセルロースファイバーを採用することで遮音性を高め、バリの静かな自然を感じられるように計画。居室内は外部の音がほとんど聞こえない為、より夫婦の会話が鮮明に、BGMはよりクリアに聞こえ、優雅な時間を過ごすことが可能です。
リビングとテラスは大スパンによる大空間を実現し、リビングは無柱空間を実現。大きなテラス窓を開放することで、パーティーなどで一体的に利用できる計画。テラスには背の高い壁を計画し、プライバシーを確保しながら、「花ブロック」を内部に採用することで通風・採光は確保しております。
折り上げ天井内には間接照明を計画し、バリの雰囲気を盛り上げるアイデアを。
UserTreven had acquired an antique plane propeller and I created a masculine reading corner around the theme. I found an old 8x11 black and white photo of an airman posing on his plane. I had the picture blown up and framed to connect with the aviator theme. Treven's distressed and aged leather arm chair and ottoman were brought to new glory in the arrangement. Treven likes hunting and the Ralph Lauren Inverness Stag Head pillow was a perfect find (at Home Goods) to complement the chair. Early 20th-century-style reading lamp from Ikea and a pop of more modern touch with gold and light blue side table from Target.

A rustic fireplace wall that was ugly, out-dated, and which did not flor with the style of the rest of the house got a much-needed facelift! We covered the 70s-style grooves in the backwall and removed overly decorative molding for a more modern and streamlined look. The brick surround was painted, as was the existing wood, then we added custom orange wallpaper and custom orange and white patterned tile.
