Mary Lynn Mabray, ASIDCustom steel base faux marbleized by decorative painter, Terie Beth Dillard of Plano, Texas. The dining table itself is a section from an old bowling alley. It was repurposed with an additional six inch wood border by Ernesto Alvarado. The seating bench is a Texas antique work bench complimented by custom brown leather chairs that sit a top a custom seagrass rug. An early 1800's French cross is flanked by antique columns that were retrofitted and repurposed into pilasters by Ernesto Alvarado. Haleh Design Inc.The dining room features a full on embrace of pink, the homeowner’s favorite hue, orchestrated in a multitude of notes from a frothy milky tone to raspberry, salmon, and coral. The plaster wall treatment accented in gold leaf emphasizes the dramatic projections of the mouldings which echo in the gilded table base. The candelabra is Saint Louis; the place settings are custom by Herend. Furnishings from Colombo Mobili. Haritage chandelier, Lalique abundance bowl, Tabriz Persian rug.

San Luis Kitchen Co.Intersecting the picture rail, this hutch is obviously a built-in piece of cabinetry, but its feet, wood worktop and placement away from the side wall speak of free-standing furniture. A good and practical combination of elements -- the strength and steadiness of built-ins and the less formal fashion of the free-standing.
