Everything from window treatments to decor was designed and procured by J Hill Interiors, as well as all new paint, wall treatments, flooring, lighting and tile work. Original architecture and build done by Dorothy Howard and Lorton Mitchell of Coronado, CA.
FORMA ConstructionBeautiful stairway with carpet risers and treads. The pickets and newel posts are mode from wood that is painted white. Stairs connect the first and second floor.
Adventures In Wood, Ltd.Craftsman handrail shown is finished in our "Dark Chocolate" custom dye spray stain which eliminates blotching produced by wipe on stains, finish is a catalyzed clear lacquer in matte sheen for that "hand rubbed look", wood specie is eastern hard maple for handrail, newel post, wall caps and wall rail. Featured on a custom "Capped style knee wall and 1/2 at walls. Balusters are in satin black and hammered.

The large picture window is topped off by a half round window with curved mullions giving a nod to the curved elements of the first floor.
The entry to the Master Bedroom is tucked in behind crown molding and displays a half round transom.
