Lee Kartis Home DesignBuilt in 1998, the 2,800 sq ft house was lacking the charm and amenities that the location justified. The idea was to give it a "Hawaiiana" plantation feel.
Exterior renovations include staining the tile roof and exposing the rafters by removing the stucco soffits and adding brackets.
Smooth stucco combined with wood siding, expanded rear Lanais, a sweeping spiral staircase, detailed columns, balustrade, all new doors, windows and shutters help achieve the desired effect.
On the pool level, reclaiming crawl space added 317 sq ft. for an additional bedroom suite, and a new pool bathroom was added.
On the main level vaulted ceilings opened up the great room, kitchen, and master suite. Two small bedrooms were combined into a fourth suite and an office was added. Traditional built-in cabinetry and moldings complete the look.
L'atelier du coconPour ce projet le client souhaitait délimiter la pièce en deux espaces distincts : un côté bureau et un autre chambre d'amis. Le tout dans une ambiance jungle. Pour cela nous avons intégré principalement du bois et du vert pour rappeler les nuances que l'on retrouve dans la jungle. Nous avons aussi intégré des plantes et des motifs jungle.

Personal Touch InteriorsIn this basement home office, we kept the decor light and colourful in order to create a fun and airy feel. . All custom built ins were done , to maximize the functionality and storage for the office. The MDF built ins were all painted white to keep the space neutral, bringing in the colours through the accents such as the file folders, slipcovers, and ceiling. this is a fun place to do work or just relax on the chaise lounge reading.
La Maison d’Arpegeappartement des années 50 qui n'avait pas été rénové depuis. En accord avec la propriétaire, des premiers aménagements pour moderniser ce bien, et le rendre plus douillet ont été fait. D'autres propositions ont été retenues et seront installées dans un second temps (changement du mobilier et mise en place d'une verrière dans l'entrée). Avec le télétravail, il était important que nous disposions le bureau de la propriétaire, sans venir trop empiéter sur l'espace salon. Avant de nous revoir pour choisir un nouveau mobilier, nous avons opté pour cette solution confortable, et qui reste convivale
