Maple wood double sink vanity with a light gray painted finish, black slate-look porcelain floor tile, honed marble countertop, custom shower with wall niche, honed marble 3x6 shower tile and pencil liner, matte black faucets and shower fixtures, dark bronze cabinet hardware.
Fox InteriorsThe water closet was updated with storage cabinets tucked under the eaves, paneling appropriate for the home, and a bold blue wall color that ties in with the colorful shower tile.
A compact sink allows the homeowner to wash their hands without bumping their head on the sloped ceiling.
Urban KitchensModern and fun bathroom with built in washer/dryer. Floating walnut vanity with terrazzo countertop. The owner provided a custom mural to complete the desgn.
Nicola Holden DesignsThe previous owners had already converted the second bedroom into a large bathroom, but the use of space was terrible, and the colour scheme was drab and uninspiring. The clients wanted a space that reflected their love of colour and travel, taking influences from around the globe. They also required better storage as the washing machine needed to be accommodated within the space. And they were keen to have both a modern freestanding bath and a large walk-in shower, and they wanted the room to feel cosy rather than just full of hard surfaces. This is the main bathroom in the house, and they wanted it to make a statement, but with a fairly tight budget!

Saikley ArchitectsThis new, ground-up home was recently built atop the Richmond Hills.
Despite the beautiful site with its panoramic 270-degree view, the lot had been left undeveloped over the years due to its modest size and challenging approval issues. Saikley Architects handled the negotiations for County approvals, and worked closely with the owner-builder to create a 2,300 sq. ft., three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath family home that maximizes the site’s potential.
The first-time owner-builder is a landscape builder by trade, and Saikley Architects coordinated closely with for him on this spec home. Saikley Architects provided building design details which the owner then carried through in many unique interior design and furniture design details throughout the house.

Sara Levy DesignsWe wanted to take away the narrow, long feel of this bathroom and brighten it up. We moved the bath to the end of the room and used this beautiful herringbone tile to add detail and warmth.
