House of BrazierWhat began as a small, extremely dated kitchen in this 1929 Spanish Casa with an even tinier nook that you could hardly eat in has turned into a gorgeous stunner full of life!
We stayed true to the original style of the home and selected materials to complement and update its Spanish aesthetic. Luckily for us, our clients were on board with some color-loving ideas too! The peacock blue cabinets pair beautifully with the patterned tile and let those gorgeous accents shine! We kept the original copper hood and designed a functional kitchen with mixed metals, wire mesh cabinet detail, more counter space and room to entertain!

Coffey & Co. House of InteriorsThis project is best described in one word: Fun – Oh wait, and bold! This homes mid-century modern construction style was inspiration that married nicely to our clients request to also have a home with a glamorous and lux vibe. We have a long history of working together and the couple was very open to concepts but she had one request: she loved blue, in any and all forms, and wanted it to be used liberally throughout the house. This new-to-them home was an original 1966 ranch in the Calvert area of Lincoln, Nebraska and was begging for a new and more open floor plan to accommodate large family gatherings. The house had been so loved at one time but was tired and showing her age and an allover change in lighting, flooring, moldings as well as development of a new and more open floor plan, lighting and furniture and space planning were on our agenda. This album is a progression room to room of the house and the changes we made. We hope you enjoy it! This was such a fun and rewarding project and In the end, our Musician husband and glamorous wife had their forever dream home nestled in the heart of the city.

Silver Leaf InteriorsWhen our clients purchased this condo it was ready for a re-do. All the dark oak cabinets and trim had to go! We gutted the walls in the kitchen to open up the view of the lake. The whimsical colors and details of this remodeled condo in Mariners Cove, Madison Wisconsin fit our clients perfectly. Lake living was the top order at this condo so our nod to nautical was a fun touch. We added a coffered ceiling with a bead board and beamed look to really give this kitchen the wow factor. We removed all the old walnut stained oak trim in the condo and replaced it with a painted white package, all new flooring, lighting, fresh wall color and we even updated the old spindle staircase with open cable wire which really gave this condo a new look. Welcome to the lake!

L'objectif était d'agrandir l'espace de préparation, de créer du rangement supplémentaire et d'organiser la zone de lavage autour du timbre en céramique d'origine.
Le tout harmoniser par le bois de peuplier et un fin plan de travail en céramique.
Garder apparente la partie technique (chauffe-eau et tuyaux) est un parti-pris. Tout comme celui de conserver la carrelage et la faïence.
Ce linéaire est composé de gauche à droite d'un réfrigérateur sous plan, d'un four + tiroir et d'une plaque gaz, d'un coulissant à épices, d'un lave-linge intégré et d'un meuble sous évier. Ce dernier est sur-mesure afin de s'adapter aux dimensions de l'évier en céramique.
