Simply Home DecoratingOur clients hired us to completely renovate and furnish their PEI home — and the results were transformative. Inspired by their natural views and love of entertaining, each space in this PEI home is distinctly original yet part of the collective whole.
We used color, patterns, and texture to invite personality into every room: the fish scale tile backsplash mosaic in the kitchen, the custom lighting installation in the dining room, the unique wallpapers in the pantry, powder room and mudroom, and the gorgeous natural stone surfaces in the primary bathroom and family room.
We also hand-designed several features in every room, from custom furnishings to storage benches and shelving to unique honeycomb-shaped bar shelves in the basement lounge.
The result is a home designed for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the simple life as a couple.
Mountainwood HomesThis modern farmhouse coffee bar features a straight-stacked gray tile backsplash with open shelving, black leathered quartz countertops, and matte black farmhouse lights on an arm. The rift-sawn white oak cabinets conceal Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers.
Ann Lowengart InteriorsA walnut countertop and bar sink were added to facilitate a seamless transition from the kitchen to the pantry. The countertops and cabinetry in both rooms reflect and complement one another to create a cohesive aesthetic as you move from one to the other.
Cascade West DevelopmentThe Aerius - Modern American Craftsman on Acreage in Ridgefield Washington by Cascade West Development Inc.
The upstairs rests mainly on the Western half of the home. It’s composed of a laundry room, 2 bedrooms, including a future princess suite, and a large Game Room. Every space is of generous proportion and easily accessible through a single hall. The windows of each room are filled with natural scenery and warm light. This upper level boasts amenities enough for residents to play, reflect, and recharge all while remaining up and away from formal occasions, when necessary.
