Innovative Design BuildOur design team listened carefully to our clients' wish list. They had a vision of a cozy rustic mountain cabin type master suite retreat. The rustic beams and hardwood floors complement the neutral tones of the walls and trim. Walking into the new primary bathroom gives the same calmness with the colors and materials used in the design.
Changing SpacesA free standing bath sits next to large glass sliding doors from which one can take in the breathtaking views of the beach and the ocean.
The double shower also has views of the ocean.
Every aspect of these areas have been carefully considered to optimise the stunning views.

The design of the interior kitchen, dining, and great room needed to flow & deliver on an open concept layout where there was room for all guests to enjoy one another's company. The Bazeley PartnershipOne of the only surviving examples of a 14thC agricultural building of this type in Cornwall, the ancient Grade II*Listed Medieval Tithe Barn had fallen into dereliction and was on the National Buildings at Risk Register. Numerous previous attempts to obtain planning consent had been unsuccessful, but a detailed and sympathetic approach by The Bazeley Partnership secured the support of English Heritage, thereby enabling this important building to begin a new chapter as a stunning, unique home designed for modern-day living.
A key element of the conversion was the insertion of a contemporary glazed extension which provides a bridge between the older and newer parts of the building. The finished accommodation includes bespoke features such as a new staircase and kitchen and offers an extraordinary blend of old and new in an idyllic location overlooking the Cornish coast.
This complex project required working with traditional building materials and the majority of the stone, timber and slate found on site was utilised in the reconstruction of the barn.
Since completion, the project has been featured in various national and local magazines, as well as being shown on Homes by the Sea on More4.
The project won the prestigious Cornish Buildings Group Main Award for ‘Maer Barn, 14th Century Grade II* Listed Tithe Barn Conversion to Family Dwelling’.
Core Remodel LLCAfter pics of completed master bathroom remodel in West Loop, Chicago, IL. Walls are covered by 35-40% with a gray marble, installed horizontally with a staggered subway pattern. The shower has a horizontal niche, wrapped in a engineered quartz with a Kohler Vibrant Titanium, and penny round tiles installed vertically.

Garner HomesBy combining modern open design with rich rustic touches, we were able to create a warm environment that was inviting and beautifully functional. Hand-hewn wood beams, rich wood floors and accented limestone treatments throughout lent a touch of old-world elegance.
