LDK Custom HomesThis LDK custom basement has all the necessities; a wet bar, wine cellar, playroom, and entertainment space! Could you see this in your home?!
Bushman Dreyfus ArchitectsThis private residence is modeled after the working Palladian villas of the 16th century. This new home is carefully tucked into an agrarian vineyard setting at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Specific technical and aesthetic details were the result of careful research–both in the library and on the ground in Italy. Walls are plastered in marmorino (a centuries-old technique that adds marble dust to the plaster mixture) and the floors are covered in terra cotta tiles imported from Italy. Ceilings are vaulted plaster or wood timbers. The exterior is a traditional plaster that incorporates crushed brick and stone that compliments the Vicenza stone detailing at the porches and around the doors and windows. Skilled craftsman from Venice and Salerno were employed for the terra cotta, architectural stone, carved stone, roman brick, interior marmorino plaster and exterior stucco work.

H O M E + atelier Michael RansonA custom wine closet. This space was originally a clothes closet. We framed in the opening to allow for a custom arch doorway and wine storage on each side.

Vintage Cellars - Luxury Custom Wine Cellars LAThis 1000+ Bottle, glass enclosed, custom wine cellar was built in Memphis, Tennessee using custom stain and finish and Maple wine racking. This beautiful, almost mid century looking wine room utilizes a 1 ton fully ducted wine guardian cooling system. Vintage Cellars made sure to oversize this cooling unit in this particular wine storage space due to the large glass doors the client wished to incorporate into the space. What a showpiece wine room this space is!
This space also had custom stonework built into which the wine racking was placed. The accentuated lighting adds that extra kick to this walk in wine cellar.

Washington Valley CellarsWe were asked to provide custom racking to hold 800+ bottles in this small wine cellar. We also were asked to provide a tasting counter opposite the door and match the stone on the outside wall of the space. This is the result.
Joseph and Curtis Custom Wine CellarsThe existing space was modified for a wine cellar cooling system. The knotty alder wine racking accommodates single bottles, display rows, case shelves and diamond bins. A wine cellar ladder and custom wrought iron wine cellar doors finish the space.
