The wine cooler was created to resemble something found in a modern restaurant, with accents of warm walnut, steel and glass blending seamlessly with the home’s finishings. The modern wine cooler makes an impressive addition to the entrance area of this waterfront home, offering easy access to the wine collection from all living and dining areas. The modern Nek Rite system used allows the wine bottles to be stored horizontally to showcase the labels, simplifying inventory maintenance. The cooler is 83 cubic feet and has capacity for 264 bottles. The CellarPro 1800 XTS chiller was chosen to allow the wine collection to be stored at a cooler temperature than the surrounding spaces of the home. The "Cooperage" style wine barrel tabletop is made from the tops and bottoms of wine barrels, and includes "Cooperage" stamps and intervals. The stamps give a sense of wine history to the tabletop. The entire racking is made from Mahogany with Early American stain and lacquer. Dem kan du få i alverdens design, farver, og materialer, så de passer den design og atmosfære du går efter. Du kan også overveje et vinkøleskab, hvis du foretrækker din vin afkølet, eller hvis du ikke kan holde temperaturen i rummet på det mest optimale. Hvis du har plads i vinkælderen, kan du også overveje en tom vintønde, der kan fungere som et bord. Indretning med brugte vintønder giver dig også mulighed for at invitere dine gæster på vinsmagning i de helt rigtige omgivelser.

Hvordan opbevarer jeg ellers vin?

De rette forhold sikrer, at vinen holder kvaliteten, så det er en god idé at overveje, hvordan du lagrer dine vinflasker. Temperaturen er et af de vigtigste elementer, og den helt optimale temperatur er omkring 10-12 grader. Det kan være svært at ramme, hvis du eksempelvis bor i lejlighed. Derfor kan du overveje at lave opbevaring i dit soveværelse i stedet for - det vigtigste at huske er, at vinen ikke tåler hurtige temperatursvingninger og direkte sollys.
