York House DesignsWe maximized the available space with double-height wall units extending up to the ceiling. The room's functionality was further enhanced by incorporating a Dryaway laundry drying system, comprised of pull-out racks, underfloor heating, and a conveniently located dehumidifier - plumbed in under the sink with a custom-cut vent in the side panel.
These well-thought-out details allowed for efficient laundry procedures in a compact yet highly functional space.

Gray cabinets provide ample storage space for laundry essentials, keeping the room organized and clutter-free. The white laundry machine seamlessly blends into the space, maintaining a cohesive look. The white walls further enhance the brightness of the room, making it feel open and airy. Silver hardware adds a touch of sophistication and complements the overall color scheme. Potted plants bring a touch of nature and freshness to the room, creating a pleasant environment. The gray flooring adds a subtle contrast and ties the design together. The Atwater's Laundry Room is a practical and aesthetically pleasing space that makes laundry tasks more enjoyable.
Kimberlee Marie InteriorsOur Seattle studio designed this stunning 5,000+ square foot Snohomish home to make it comfortable and fun for a wonderful family of six.
On the main level, our clients wanted a mudroom. So we removed an unused hall closet and converted the large full bathroom into a powder room. This allowed for a nice landing space off the garage entrance. We also decided to close off the formal dining room and convert it into a hidden butler's pantry. In the beautiful kitchen, we created a bright, airy, lively vibe with beautiful tones of blue, white, and wood. Elegant backsplash tiles, stunning lighting, and sleek countertops complete the lively atmosphere in this kitchen.
On the second level, we created stunning bedrooms for each member of the family. In the primary bedroom, we used neutral grasscloth wallpaper that adds texture, warmth, and a bit of sophistication to the space creating a relaxing retreat for the couple. We used rustic wood shiplap and deep navy tones to define the boys' rooms, while soft pinks, peaches, and purples were used to make a pretty, idyllic little girls' room.
In the basement, we added a large entertainment area with a show-stopping wet bar, a large plush sectional, and beautifully painted built-ins. We also managed to squeeze in an additional bedroom and a full bathroom to create the perfect retreat for overnight guests.
For the decor, we blended in some farmhouse elements to feel connected to the beautiful Snohomish landscape. We achieved this by using a muted earth-tone color palette, warm wood tones, and modern elements. The home is reminiscent of its spectacular views – tones of blue in the kitchen, primary bathroom, boys' rooms, and basement; eucalyptus green in the kids' flex space; and accents of browns and rust throughout.

Guenther Designs & Consulting LLCLaundry room with a dramatic back splash selection. The subway tiles are a deep rich blue with contrasting grout, that matches the cabinet, counter top and appliance colors. The interior designer chose a mosaic tile to help break up the white.

La Costa Cabinets & DesignLaundry room gets a whole new look with this modern eclectic blend of materials and textures. A tiled rug look under foot adds warmth and interest. A rustic rusty white ceramic subway tile adds weathered charm. Wood floating shelves compliment the warm tones found in the white textured laminate cabinetry.
Rochelle Cote Interior DesignFrom 2020 to 2022 we had the opportunity to work with this wonderful client building in Altadore. We were so fortunate to help them build their family dream home. They wanted to add some fun pops of color and make it their own. So we implemented green and blue tiles into the bathrooms. The kitchen is extremely fashion forward with open shelves on either side of the hoodfan, and the wooden handles throughout. There are nodes to mid century modern in this home that give it a classic look. Our favorite details are the stair handrail, and the natural flagstone fireplace. The fun, cozy upper hall reading area is a reader’s paradise. This home is both stylish and perfect for a young busy family.
