Innovative Design Build, IncInnovative Design Build was hired to remodel an existing fireplace in a single family home in Boca Raton, Florida. We were not to change the footprint of the fireplace or to replace the fire box. Our design brought this outdated dark bulky fireplace that looked like it belonged in a log cabin, into 2020 with a modern sleeker design. We replaced the whole surround including the hearth and mantle, as well as painted the side walls. The clients, who prefer a more coastal design, loved the traditional brick pattern for the surround, so we used creamy colors in a multi format design to give it a lot of texture. Then we chose a beautiful porcelain slab that was cut using mitered edges for a seamless look. We then stained a custom mantle to match other wood tones in their home tying it into the surrounding furniture. Finally we painted the walls in a lighter greige tone to compliment the newly remodeled fireplace. This project was finished in under a month, just in time for the clients to enjoy the Christmas holiday.

The Kim is a custom made piece of furniture crafted by the world-renowned Spanish manufacturer Famaliving. This recliner can come upholstered in a variety of multi-colored and patterned fabrics. The Kim features a 360 degree swivel motion making it the perfect piece for any setting. Built into the Kim is a powered reclining mechanism that allows you to adjust your seat with a touch of a button. The frame of the Kim is crafted from pine wood and MDF construction making it very durable. All Fama products use a webbing system for suspension and support instead of the old spring design that will sag over time. Attached to the bottom is a circular metal base in a chromed finish that allows the 360 degree rotation and for it to maintain its low profile look.

Heritage Design StudioThe main family room for the farmhouse. Historically accurate colonial designed paneling and reclaimed wood beams are prominent in the space, along with wide oak planks floors and custom made historical windows with period glass add authenticity to the design.
KJB FIREPLACESAbout one year after the initial installation, this customer decided to have us continue the stone higher and wider. They also wanted their previous shelving removed to make way for a modern metal shelf.
STYLE WISE Interior DesignThis colorful, bohemian home in San Jose pays homage to the resident's Indian heritage while still reflecting their modern lifestyle. These clients were very hands-on and were very involved in every part of the design plan. The most enjoyable part was sourcing one-of-a-kind items from artisans from around the world. Local artist JC Riccoboni drew the golden Tree of Life mural in the library, drawing inspiration from a book of contemporary Indian interior design borrowed from the client's library.
Solid Apollo LEDMark Fertitta. Solid Apollo LED. In this awesome game room, Color Changing RGB LED Lights have been placed around the entire cove of the basement ceiling for incredible lighting effects showing either a single custom color, or mulitple colors when the RGB LED Controller is used with the built in color changing programs. The RGB LED Strip Lights were easy to add as the thin low profile design and easy stick double sided tape on the back of the strip light make installation quick. The lights are controlled using Solid Apollo's LED Wizard Smartphone & Tablet LED Controller for easy lighting control using any smartphone or tablet. The incredible range of colors possible compliment any game room or man cave and like here, where the brightness fills the entire room, the controllers have full brightness settings which can also be turned down to as low as 10% for soft accent lighting. So when playing pool or enjoying drinks at the bar, the color changing lights can br turned to full brightness to create an incredible energized atmosphere, or when stopping to watch your favorite game, the lights can be turned down for subtle background accent lighting.
