Purple Cherry ArchitectsIn the great room, special attention was paid to the ceiling detail, where square box beams “picture frame” painted wooden planks, creating interest and subtle contrast. A custom built-in flanks the right side of the fireplace and includes a television cabinet as well as wood storage.

Sandstone surrounds the fireplace from floor to ceilings. Walnut cabinetry balances either side of fireplace.
Laney LA, Inc.Rather than starting with an outcome in mind, this 1,400 square foot residence began from a polemic place - exploring shared conviction regarding the concentrated power of living with a smaller footprint. From the gabled silhouette to passive ventilation, the home captures the nostalgia for the past with the sustainable practices of the future.
While the exterior materials contrast a calm, minimal palette with the sleek lines of the gabled silhouette, the interior spaces embody a playful, artistic spirit. From the hand painted De Gournay wallpaper in the master bath to the rugged texture of the over-grouted limestone and Portuguese cobblestones, the home is an experience that encapsulates the unexpected and the timeless.
Collaborative Interior DesignWe took advantage of the double volume ceiling height in the living room and added millwork to the stone fireplace, a reclaimed wood beam and a gorgeous, chandelier. The sliding doors lead out to the sundeck and the lake beyond. TV's mounted above fireplaces tend to be a little high for comfortable viewing from the sofa, so this tv is mounted on a pull down bracket for use when the fireplace is not turned on. Floating white oak shelves replaced upper cabinets above the bar area.
UserIm Februar 2021 durfte ich für einen Vermieter eine neu renovierte und ganz frisch eingerichtete Einzimmer-Wohnung in Chemnitz, unweit des örtlichen Klinikum, fotografieren. Als Immobilienfotograf war es mir wichtig, den Sonnenstand sowie die Lichtverhältnisse in der Wohnung zu beachten. Die entstandenen Immobilienfotografien werden bald im Internet und in Werbedrucken, wie Broschüren oder Flyern erscheinen, um Mietinteressenten auf diese sehr schöne Wohnung aufmerksam zu machen.
