Audio Visual Design GroupOur client wanted something sleek & simple to go along with their design style (notice the empty walls and industrial table). This simple TV installation with hidden speakers gives a room full of sound with out seeing where the audio is coming from. *one caveat - the Mr. wanted to see the equipment (we like it too), hence the table otherwise it would have been in the basement along with the brains of their whole house control & security system.
Betty Wasserman Art & InteriorsIncorporating a unique blue-chip art collection, this modern Hamptons home was meticulously designed to complement the owners' cherished art collections. The thoughtful design seamlessly integrates tailored storage and entertainment solutions, all while upholding a crisp and sophisticated aesthetic.
This inviting living room exudes luxury and comfort. It features beautiful seating, with plush blue, white, and gray furnishings that create a serene atmosphere. The room is beautifully illuminated by an array of exquisite lighting fixtures and carefully curated decor accents. A grand fireplace serves as the focal point, adding both warmth and visual appeal. The walls are adorned with captivating artwork, adding a touch of artistic flair to this exquisite living area.

Everything HomeEvery detail of this European villa-style home exudes a uniquely finished feel. Our design goals were to invoke a sense of travel while simultaneously cultivating a homely and inviting ambience. This project reflects our commitment to crafting spaces seamlessly blending luxury with functionality.
The living room drew its inspiration from a collection of pillows characterized by rich velvet, plaid, and paisley patterns in shades of blue and red. This design approach conveyed a British Colonial style with a touch of Ralph Lauren's distinctive flair. A blue chenille fabric was employed to upholster a tufted sofa adorned with leather and brass bridle bit accents on the sides. At the center of the room is a striking plaid ottoman, complemented by a pair of blood-red leather chairs positioned to capture a picturesque lake view. Enhancing this view are paisley drapes, which extend from floor to pine ceiling.

Studio H2OStone two-sided fireplace with up lighting underneath the top stone. Hardwood floors in the formal living room, porcelain wood grain tiles for the kitchen, dining, wine cellar and exterior patio.
Pool and backyard landscaping are the only previous features that remained from the original home, minus a few walls on the interior and newly installed waterless grass for the ground cover.
Designed with a standing seam metal roof, with internal drainage system for hidden gutters design. Rain chain and rain barrels for rain harvesting.
Retrofitted with Hardy Frames prefabricated shear walls for up to date earthquake safety. Opening both walls to the backyard, there are now two 14' folding doors allowing the inside and outside to merge.

apartmentjeaniePink, purple, and gold adorn this gorgeous, NYC loft space located in the Easy Village. We can peek upstairs to the red wall and candle sconces of our client's lofted bedroom area. A modest breakfast bar is tucked into the supporting wall, opposite the kitchen. Posters of every genre are curated to invite every visitor into conversation & nostalgia.
