Kenmore Mid-Century Renovation
The primary suite was dark and hidden in the back of the home. We re-engineered the floor plan to move it to the front of the house, capturing water views and access to the new front deck. We fully remodeled the primary bath and added in a generous walk in closet. Moving this space forward allowed us to add in an additional bedroom to the upper floor (total of 4 up and 1 down).
