House flips are always a mix between choosing what is on trend vs. will stand the test of time—but also needs to be affordable. I love this kitchen we did for a recent house flip project that broke a per square foot record with kevinsoldmyhome!
Rather than do another subway tile (enough already with this lovely but overused pattern), we went for a more unique option that we thought would stick in potential buyers' minds. While I am hesitant to use gray for the same reason I am to use subway tile, the market gets what the market wants—house flipping is different than designing for clients. I'm happy it worked and am eager to now sell our other house flip currently on the market. Wish me luck!
