Modern Elegance
This open concept design called for a complete reworking of the main floor of this 1970's bi-level, offering improved form, function and flow. The new kitchen cabinets were painted in a warm grey finish contrasted by the dark espresso island with second sink topped with white quartz counter tops. A white herringbone back splash creates a subtle touch of elegance in this otherwise modern kitchen, while the hardware carries through the brass on the large custom stainless steel hood fan. Oversized island pendants unify the brass detail of the sconces and chandelier in the living room. The white marble fireplace mimics the white marble look quartz counter tops of the kitchen while adding warmth and a focal point to the room. Interior Design and Renovations by Cody & Co
