Old Italy, Local Maple Wine Cellar
The wine cellar was very well insulated and had a good connection to cold ground temperatures so that very little cooling was required. The cooler is concealed behind the individual bottle racking. Since the racking is porous, the cooler breathes through the racking and the client does not have to see the unsightly cooler in his cellar.
The cellar is made of sustainably harvested, local Maple with an added stain and low VOC lacquer. Glass cabinet doors are on both sides of the cellar for client to display individual bottles and artwork.
