Unique Kilims
Intriguing antique Varamin kilim rug from Central Iran. Varamin kilims are very sought after. One reason is that there has never been a large production of these pieces. The other is that they are usually of high quality, with exciting designs. This piece is no exception, with its so-called “eye dazzler” design. Kilims are often long and narrow, but this piece benefits from very good room size. It has a quirky small design on the side, which looks like a signature or a sign by the weaver. The lozenge border finishes the piece beautifully.
