I would love to have a table like this. Please, where is it from?

I have a lovely view to the right looking out the window and this table would give the most guests the best view. I know I can have one made but wondered if it was possible to purchase. I am renovating a place on Marblehead harbor northeast of Boston. Thank you for your time, Susan
