High ceiling and fireplace

I need some advice on how to decorate this area? This is the family room and it has gas fireplace with a very high ceiling. I don't want to mount my tv.

    I'm thinking maybe a gorgeous staggered chandelier to fill that open space. I'd love to see more photos of your room!

      That room looks narrow and very, very tall. Add the outlets already wired and this space is screaming for a mounted TV. There is plenty of area for TV plus art, if you reconsider.

      Use the wall for art or framed photos, go nuts. Leave the mantle naked, it looks clean and gorgeous.

      It's made for a TV. You could go mirror the whole area. Or a very tall big art piece. Go on Line for ideas .wallpaper Or reclaimed wood on whole wall would work too.
