    Thanks very much for your question! Our products are designed to never have to be resanded, as the impregnating 100% natural oil finish is hard wearing and very easy to touch up should damages occur.

    We do recommend, that depending on the amount of traffic, that your floor have a maintenance performed on it every 3-5 years. With this particular colour we recommend a Natural Soap for regular cleaning, it has white pigments in it to keep the flooring looking its best.
