    The floors are by Mullican. Williamsburg collection. Color, granite and hand scrape texture, 4"wide. Thank you for your interest.

    can you please tell me how the floors have held up over time? My husband is concerned about water causing damage over time

    You would need to go to the Mullican website and look at their warranty information. This floor is in a model home so it does not have the same kind of traffic you would get in a lived in home.
