how do you build the roof peak to leave it open and allow light to come in?

    Hi Jason! If you look at the photo in this series immediately before this one in question, you can see the clearstory pop-up that formed the peak of this awesome Master Bedroom wing. That pop-up is sided almost completely with large rectangular windows that served to let a tremendous amount of light in right down the center of the room. I designed it taking inspiration from the local barns in the area that have traditionally use this feature for ventilation. Thanks for asking your question!
