The space between the mirrors is flexible. It depends on the total width of your composition and what the dimensions are of each mirror. For example if the mirrors are going to hang above your sofa then the width of the mirror composition will be approximately the width of your sofa (about 6 to 8 inches short of the end on either side should look balanced). Get that overall measurement then add up the width of how many mirrors you are using in the row. The space "left over" will be divided equally so you have an even gap between the mirrors. Using painters tape to create an "outline" of your composition is helpful for measuring purposes. Hope that helps to answer your question.
