Is the granite on the countertops and the island the same

    No, the granite in the Island is a different species than the granite on the outer countertops. As you will also notice, the cabinets are different colors. The homeowner went with lighter cabs and darker granite outside, darker cabinets and lighter granite inside. Additionally, they chose a dark wood in the kitchen and a lighter wood in the other living areas. All of our designs and finished are custom to the homeowner.
