What is the name of the purple shrub?

Can you tell me what the pretty shrub is with purple flowers (left middle side of picture). Also, is that pink skullcap in the front? Thank you! Your landscape design is beautiful!

    The purple flowers to the left are Mexican Bush Sage. Very happy Mexican bush sage. the purple flowers to the right are Russian lavender. I hope this answers your question.

    This project will be featured next October on KLRU's Central Texas Gardener and also on the Master Gardeners Tour October 17th. This garden is super beautiful in the fall.
