Could you please tell me the dimensions of the island-both the upper and lower tiers.

I thought I had done this earlier, but the lower counter is 36" and the higher counter is 42". In terms of counters without going to custom seats, you have 30" for breakfast fast area height , 36'" for cooking counters, and 42" for stepped height that gives friends the ability to enjoy watching you cook and socialize. You'll never have to customize a chair for those height but you can do whatever you want when money is no object.
