    Very hard to tell from that photo, but if your in Melbourne speak with Peter from Red Cloud Bamboo. He knows all there is tho know.

    I can help you with which species will suit your scenario if you tell me where you live and the size you wish for them to grow to.

    I was going to suggest Alphonse Karr but my Alphonse Karr tends to have a slight pink to it which isn't visible in that photo. Also, Alphonse Karr is really dense. Possibly Gold Stripe?
