Best finish-in-place oak floor finish

I have finish-in-place top-nail oak floors. At some point in time we will be remodeling our kitchen and would like to continue the oak floors here also. We may have to refinish the existing floors at the same time. What is considered the best, most durable floor finish or polyurethane that will withstand kitchen abuse?

    Thanks for the response. How long have you had it on your floor and how does it react to something that is dropped? Did you apply the finish yourself?
